You are cordially invited to participate in practical demonstrations and guided breathing exercises focusing on the topic " Breathing and breathing patterns as the key to healthy blood vessels and veins."

These exercises build on the previous day's seminar. Those who did not attend the first part of the program are welcome to join. The exercises are suitable for anyone who wants to promote their health and learn more about the positive effects of proper breathing on the vascular and venous system.

Who is the event for?

For all those who attended the first day of the seminar at the Municipal Library in Nové Město nad Metují, but also for newcomers who want to better understand the importance of proper breathing for the health of blood vessels and veins. We will meet again in the gym of the Malecí Primary School in Nové Město nad Metuji.
